'This exquisite and delicious Ram Ladoo recipe is an all-time favorite tea time snack. Go ahead and give it a try.  RAM LADDOO   Ingredients  ½ cup split Bengal gram (chana dal), soaked and drained  1 cup split green gram (moong dal), soaked and drained  ½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh red chillies  ½ teaspoon finely chopped ginger ½ teaspoon finely chopped green chillies  ½ teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur) ¼ teaspoon asafoetida (hing) Salt to taste ½ teaspoon cumin seeds  ½ teaspoon red chilli powder 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishing  Oil for deep-frying  Grated radish for garnishing Green chutney for garnishing   Method  1. Blend together Bengal gram and green gram with some water to a smooth paste. Transfer in a bowl. 2. Add red chillies, ginger, green chillies, dried mango powder, asafoetida, salt, cumin seeds, chilli powder and coriander leaves and blend till well incorporated. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop small portions of the prepared mixture in it and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.  4. Serve hot garnished with radish, green chutney and coriander leaves.
